AN INTRODUCTION TO ASHTANGA YOGA
June 8 from 1 to 3 pm
A workshop for those who have never stepped on a yoga mat as well as experienced yogis. This class is tailored to individuals curious about Ashtanga Yoga but not ready to drop into a Mysore Class. In this 2 hour workshop we will break down the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga. We will explore asana, breath, bandhas and drishti and discuss how Mysore style yoga differs from other forms of yoga you may encounter. After completing the workshop you will have the confidence to attend your 1st Mysore class!
