Sunday Yoga with Pam
A wonderful way to start your Sunday morning – this class is designed to gently open the joints, stretch and strengthen the body, and calm the mind, allowing stress and tension to melt away. Lots of modifications and options are given, which make this class a great choice whether you are new to yoga or have been doing yoga a long time.
Evening Flow with Pam
Synchronizing breath with movement, these flow classes start with simple joint loosening movements then sun salutes are used to further warm the body and get the energy moving. These classes balance strength with flexibility, movement with stillness, and effort with ease. All classes include breath awareness, sun salutations, standing poses, and floor poses. Modifications are given for multiple levels, and students are taught to pay attention to safe alignment while flowing though the postures. If you are new to yoga, or have injuries or limitations contact Pam to see if this class is an appropriate choice.
Gentle Yoga with Pam
Come recharge your mind, body and spirit with gentle yoga classes designed to alleviate tension in key areas of the body: neck, back, hips and shoulders. Both flowing movements and static poses will melt tension in the joints and muscles, and calm the nervous system. Make time for a happier body, calmer mind, and a more peaceful YOU! This class will be very accessible, so if you find most regular yoga classes too intense this might be what you have been looking for.
