Slow down this holiday season with a class designed to reset your body, mind and spirit. We will begin with gentle movements and stretches to release stress and tension in the back, shoulders and hips. Class will end with yoga nidra – known as yogic sleep – which is a guided meditation done while lying on the floor that promotes deep rest and relaxation. If you have yet to experience the magic of yoga nidra, it is amazing! This combination of gentle yoga and yoga nidra is intended to induce physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Give yourself some me time in December! Appropriate for all experience levels.
