February Four Week Gentle Yoga Series at Casa Bagus

Tuesday evenings 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27 from 6:15 to 7:30 pm

Cost $60 for all four sessions.  Note: if you have a current class card, you may use classes from the card for these classes.  However you need to sign up in advance.

Come recharge your mind, body and spirit with gentle yoga classes designed to alleviate tension in key areas of the body:  neck, back, hips and shoulders.  Both flowing movements and static poses will melt tension in the joints and muscles, and calm the nervous system.  Make time for a happier body, calmer mind, and a more peaceful YOU!  This class will be very accessible, so if you find most regular yoga classes too intense this might be what you have been looking for.  You will also receive materials at the end of the four weeks to guide you in practicing some of the movements and techniques at home.  All classes taught by Pam Schulte.

Pre-registration is required.  Preference will be given to students signing up for all four weeks. However, if you can’t attend all classes let me know what dates you can attend and I will offer single slots as available.  Contact pam@justpracticeyoga.com for more details.

Cancellation policy. Cancellations prior to January 30, will receive a full refund.  There is no refund given for cancellations after 1/30 unless we can fill your space.

Gentle Yoga for Healthy Joints — Breath.  Movement.  Stillness.  Relaxation

Valley Yoga in Chesterfield

March 24 from 1:30 to 4 pm $35

Class will use gentle fluid movements designed to lubricate joint surfaces and release muscular tension. Many yoga poses move our joints in repetitive ways back and forth, yet many of our joints rotate circularly. Get out of the box and discover how good it feels to explore the muscles and joints in a slightly different way. Whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner; male or female; tight or bendy; 25 or 65; this class will leave you relaxed and refreshed. Walk away with ideas for integrating circular movements into your practice – all participants will receive an email detailing what was presented to assist you in practicing at home.
